2. Co-organizer
PZSW - The Polish Skating Sports Union, situated in Warsaw at ul. Inspektowej 1 room no.109
3. Main aims :
a. promotion of the city of Gdańsk in Poland and in Europe ,
b. emergence of best competitors within children’s categories,
c. popularization of roller skating among Polish citizens,
d. healthy lifestyle promotion,
e. promotion of physical activity as means of overweight prevention.
4. Place
Streets within PGE Arena stadium area in Gdańsk.
5. Dates
Competitions will take place on the 25 of August 2012 (Saturday)
Final meeting with managers of the groups will take place on the site on the 25 of August 2012 at 11:00 a.m in order to verify the number of competitors of each category and distance and to inform about time schedules etc. Registration is available through the website www.maratonsierpniowy.pl or directly at PGE Arena Gdansk stadium.
10:00 a.m – 11:30 a.m – registration of all competitors
11:30 a.m – 14:30 p.m – race
14:00 p.m – 15:00 p.m – winners announcement and final competitions windup
6. Additional requirements
Medical certificates confirming children’s fitness or parent’s written consent are required by Organizers. Every participant must wear helmet, leg and arm protectors are highly recomended.
Once all the races are finished, an additional OPEN category race of 1715 m around the stadium will take place. Participants of previous races can all take part in the additional race.
7. Provisions of the regulations:
All races are organised according to FIRS, CERS, PZSW provisions and the above Regulations.
Once the number of participants is approved at the final meeting, participant’s list is closed.
8. Financing
All organisational and Insurance costs are borne by the Organizer.

10. Prizes
For the first, second and third place - medals.
11. Fees
There is no participation fee for children.
